Chapter three

---

Naruto was sitting at his desk, grumbling over his latest assignment: paperwork. He had to write up mission reports. Lots of mission reports. For someone like Naruto, this was a terrible and cruel punishment. Plus his handwriting sucked. Plus it was snowing outside, a heavy blizzard that was quite unusual for Konoha. So Naruto couldn't even procrastinate properly, being stuck in his house, which was also quite cold. Improper insulation, and all that.

So alone in his house, Naruto fumed. It was already cold enough without the wind blowing in through the cracks in the window frame...

'Wait. I covered the windows with a quilt. There shouldn't be any wind coming through unless the windows are open.' Naruto looked over his shoulder, towards the windows. Sure enough, the quilt had fallen down, and one of the windows had slid open, letting in gusts of cold air and a not inconsiderable amount of snow.

Naruto stood up, and stormed loudly over to the windows, then slammed the window shut, muttering curses towards the terrible carpenter who build this place. Even though his windows were so terrible because he slammed them so much, and that cracked the frames.

He turned back to his desk, intent now on finishing up the paperwork as quick as possible, just so he could curl up in his bed and sleep. Covering himself in thick blankers, warming up his hands and feet, which felt cold enough to fall off.

So intent on his fantasy of warm blankets, Naruto walked straight into the other person in his room. Although, to Naruto's credit, there was not supposed to be another person in his room. Naruto stumbled a bit, before landing on the ground with a loud thud. He glared up at the intruder, his hands grasping several kunai from his leg-holster. Then, seeing who it was, he released the kunai. They fell to the ground with a clang, and Naruto pounced on the intruder, knocking them both to the ground.

"Why are you here? Do you have any idea how cold it is outside? Can't you knock on the door like a normal person?! It's freezing in here now, thanks to you! You could have at least closed the window after you were done sneaking around!" Naruto was sitting on top of the other person's chest, his hands grabbing at the front of the intruder's shirt.

"And here I thought you'd be happy to see me." Kiba grinned up at Naruto. "After all, I'm here to save you from the boredom of writing those reports."

"You can do that without letting snow into my house!" Naruto's hands were securely holding the front of Kiba's sweatshirt, and he began to pull on it, shaking Kiba up and down. Then, after a half-second or shaking, he pushed back and let go, enjoying the loud crack Kiba's head made as it made contact with the hard wooden floor of the building.

"...ow. Now you really owe me. At least I didn't hit you over the head with a rock when I came in." Kiba sat up, knocking Naruto off him with a yelp, and rubbed the back of his head. Naruto looked over at Kiba from where he had landed, a few inches away. He snorted, then crossed his arms.

"You snuck into my house. You deserved it." Naruto paused for a second, wondering. "Why did you come here? You don't really make a habit of dropping by." His eyes narrowed. "Especially not in the middle of a snowstorm." It was true, really. They met up almost each morning, and occasionally they talked in town, but nothing more. This was, in fact, the first time Kiba had visited Naruto's house when not on official business. And then, Kiba had not snuck in through a window.

"I...just wanted to talk." Kiba stammered a bit, blushing slightly.

"Talk? About what?"

"About, uh...us." Naruto blinked.

"Us?"

"It's just...we don't talk. We fight. And we have sex. Which is very nice, just so you know, but I...want something more." There was a short pause. "I mean, do we really have to fight every time?"

"We don't." Naruto seemed quite certain. "But I don't think either of us would just roll over and give up like that. It means you're weaker and I don't like that, and neither does-" Naruto stopped talking abruptly. He had been about to say 'and neither does the Nine-Tails.'. 'And that's another thing. If Kiba doesn't know about the Nine-Tails, how could we have a serious relationship? The demon would get in the way. So much could go wrong, if the Nine-Tails broke the seal or I lost control or...' Kiba started talking, then, distracting Naruto from his worried thoughts.

"I'm getting tired of fight with you every morning. I like it, don't get me wrong, it's just...tiring."

"So how do you propose we figure out who tops? Rock-Paper-Scissors? Go?"

"We could just, y'know, go with what you want. There have been times where I was glad I lost." True, Naruto occasionally wanted to lose. However, the Nine-Tails felt differently, and due to the connection between them it meant each time Kiba won, he won with Naruto clawing and biting the whole way. This, again, was one of the things Naruto could not tell Kiba. He didn't like lying to Kiba, but he knew that if Kiba knew he was demon-possessed, things would change, and probably not for the better. Naruto moved one of his hands, and pushed a lock of his hair out of his eyes.

"Well...It's a long story. And I can't tell you, I'm sorry." Kiba blinked. Naruto suddenly seemed...quieter. Sad, maybe. There was a long silent time, when they both just sat there, thinking. "Look, I'm gonna go to sleep now. You can stay if you want." Naruto stood and slowly padded out of the room, off to change into his sleeping clothes and brush his teeth. Kiba still just sat there, thinking.

A few minutes later, Naruto walked back in, clothed in his pajamas. They had been altered to fit his larger body, but they were still the same basic design. Kiba looked up from focusing on the wood floors, staring at Naruto.

'Is he wearing a walrus cap?' Kiba blinked again. He wouldn't have thought Naruto owned such cute clothes.

"Well? Are you staying?" Naruto crossed his arms over his chest, and looked over at Kiba.

"...Yeah, I think I am." Kiba stood, and walked over to Naruto's bed. It didn't really match anything else in the room. Kiba had heard Naruto telling someone about how he had gotten it, a few months back. Naruto said he was away on a mission to some far-away country, and had to hide out in a furniture store, at one point in the mission. Why, Naruto had never explained. In any case, Naruto loved one of the beds there. So he had bought it, disassembled it, and carried the whole thing back with him, once he had finished the mission. It was, Kiba noted, a very nice bed. Thick, dark, rich wood, detailed carvings, and it even had a canopy and hangings. Sure, Naruto had said, it got hot in the summertime, but it was such a wonderful bed. And besides, the canopy was removable.

Kiba pulled off his bulky sweatshirt, then the rest of his clothes, leaving him clad in only his boxer shorts. Naruto, meanwhile, had climbed into the bed and huddled under the covers, trying to warm them up. Kiba climbed in after him, enveloping Naruto with his arms.

"You're warm..." Naruto murmured, tired, before relaxing into Kiba's arms. Kiba smiled, then relaxed and waited for sleep to come.

---

The next morning, Kiba awoke slowly. They had moved around in the night, and they were now facing each other, one arm slung over each other, their legs entangled.

Kiba opened his eyes, blurry with sleep. He rubbed his eyes with one hand, then blinked several times. He was not a morning person. There had to some reason he had woken up. But right now, he was more interested in looking at Naruto.

When he was sleeping, he relaxed. Naruto's face was usually twisted into one emotion or another, smiling or laughing, and Kiba had never really seen Naruto relaxed. Kiba reached out a finger and lightly touched Naruto's face, tracing the six long tattoo marks on his cheeks. Naruto muttered something, sleepily, then moved closer to Kiba. Kiba lowered his hand, slightly embarrassed. If he had been sleeping, would Naruto be doing this? Carefully tracing the red clan marks on his face? Or would he just shake his shoulder roughly and wake him up?

Kiba's musing was interrupted by loud pounding on the door downstairs. 'That's probably what woke me up. Whoever it is, they've probably been at it for a while.' He heard a door slam open, then someone's footsteps up the stairs that lead to the bedroom. Kiba silently cursed, then looked around for a place to hide. Not that it would really do much good, whoever it was walking about the house was obviously a ninja. Then Kiba caught a hint of the person's scent, and froze. 'Hyuuga Neji. Of all the people to be sent , it, it had to be him.' Kiba sighed. The footsteps stopped in front of the closed bedroom door, and Neji knocked again. Naruto slept on. Kiba started to get up, hoping to be at least dressed before Neji stormed in, and stopped when he heard Neji start talking.

"Kiba, just wake him up already." Kiba froze, halfway through picking up his shirt. Neji couldn't use the Byakugan through walls, could he? Kiba sighed, then walked over to Naruto, who was still sleeping, oblivious. Kiba shook Naruto's shoulder, hearing Naruto's groan upon awakening.

"Naruto, Neji is at the door. He probably wants the reports you were supposed to do last night." Naruto groaned, again.

"Can't he come back later? I'm tired."

"No. Get up. Neji's waiting." Naruto stumbled to his feet, then walked over and opened the bedroom door, intending to walk to the bathroom and brush his teeth first. Then, of course, he walked right into Neji, who was still waiting in front of the door. Naruto stumbled back, sitting down with a thump. He looked over his shoulder, accusingly, at Kiba.

"You didn't say this door!" Kiba and Neji sighed in tandem. "Alright, alright, I'm going." Naruto stood up, and dusted off his pajama bottoms. "Neji, I'm sorry, but I didn't finish all the reports yet, you'll have to come back later." Neji just looked at Naruto, calmly.

"I was told not to return until I had the reports. You'd better hurry, I have more important things to do." Neji stood there resolutely. Kiba knew Neji was quite capable of standing there for days. And from the doomed look on Naruto's face, it seemed like Naruto knew it too. Kiba first gathered up his clothes, then walked over to Naruto, who looked to be plotting a thousand deaths to everyone involved in assigning him this task.

"Hey, Naruto." Naruto turned, looking at Kiba. "I'll go down to Ichiraku and bring you some ramen. But get your reports done, okay?" Naruto's face brightened at that statement, and he looked up at Kiba in adoration.

"Really? You mean it?" Kiba blinked. Naruto sure got overemotional over ramen.

"Uh, yeah." Kiba quickly donned his clothes, then leapt out the window, heading towards Ichiraku, followed by Naruto's cries of "Shrimp flavored, please!". Of course, after Kiba left, Naruto went over and slammed the window shut, muttering about Kiba and his stupid window-opening habits.

Hyuuga Neji was a quiet person. He took the sight of Kiba and Naruto, mostly naked, sleeping together in stride. After all, it was none of his business what they did. But this was too much.

"You eatimp imp flavored ramen for breakfast?" Neji raised one eyebrow questioningly. Naruto looked over, stunned.

"What? Who doesn't?" Neji stared at Naruto for a second, then rubbed his forehead with the palm of his hand.

"Just...start working on the reports." Neji walked into the room and lent against the wall, then crossed his arms. "Well? I'm waiting." Naruto sighed, then sat down at his desk and got to work.

Fortunately for Naruto, he had completed most of the work the previous night. So it was only an hour or so of work left, which was made easier by the large helping of shrimp ramen Kiba brought back.

So, finally, Naruto had finished the last scroll, sealed it, and handed it over to Neji, who then left gratefully, leaving Naruto and Kiba alone.

"So, uh, about last night..." Naruto trailed off, scratching the back of his head.

"Yes?" Kiba looked over at Naruto, who was seated at his desk. Kiba was sitting on Naruto's bed, his legs hanging over the edge.

"Well, I just wanted to-" Naruto was interrupted by someone pounding on the door, yelling loudly. Naruto swore, then ran downstairs to answer whoever it was. Kiba rolled his eyes, then followed slowly after Naruto.

Naruto was standing at the door, looking at a highly annoyed Sakura, who was yelling at his loudly.

"Naruto! Neji just dropped the scrolls off, late, and he said he had to wait because you hadn't finished them! You were given more then enough time to finish this task! Do you have any excuse why they're so late?! Do you know how this will reflect upon our work-" Sakura stopped yelling at Naruto, looking over his shoulder at Kiba, who stood there looking slightly stunned. Sakura smiled and waved at Kiba. "Oh, Kiba! I didn't know you were here!" She turned back to Naruto, glaring full force. "Is that why you were so late? You were wasting your time talking to people and not doing your work! Work first, socialize later!"

Sakura turned on her heel, and walked off in a huff. Kiba stood in place for a second, staring at Sakura's retreating form, before letting out a low whistle.

"Wow. Uh, remind me never to piss her off." Naruto closed the door, then looked over at Kiba, who was slightly stunned. "I mean, she always seemed so nice..." Naruto pulled Kiba over towards him, cutting off Kiba's speech by kissing him. This was, of course, the queue for someone else to start pounding on the door, only a few inches away frhe the two.

Naruto seemed unconcerned, and pulled Kiba closer to him. Then, whoever was on the other side of the door got impatient, and flung the door open forcefully, hitting Kiba square in the small of the back. Kiba let out a pained cry, then fell backwards, which pulled Naruto down with him. Kiba was lying on the ground, with Naruto half-sitting on top of him.

Naruto looked up at whoever had opened the door, his blue eyes meeting with the blank eyes of Neji.

"Uh...it's not what it looks like!" Naruto paused for a second, looking thoughtful. "Well, it is what it looks like, but..." Naruto trailed off as Kiba started moving beneath him. Kiba managed to push Naruto off him, before standing up and dusting off his clothes, blushing slightly.

"Uh...I assume you came here for a reason?" Naruto scrambled to his feet. "And not just to interrupt us, again?"

"Naruto, Kakashi has a mission for you. Kiba, Akamaru has been looking for you. So have your teammates. I suggest you talk to them." Message delivered, Neji turned away and left, leaving Kiba rubbing his aching back and Naruto glaring at Neji's retreating figure.

---

The next time the two saw each other, it was outside and cold. Kakashi had demanded Team 7 to do 'something together, for old time's sake', and that lead them all to go shopping together. 'Shopping', Naruto thought, 'is better then sitting around in a cafe or something and talking about life. Even if it is still below freezing out and there are a few inches of snow on the ground.'

Kiba, on the other hand, was just out the stretch his legs, having spent the past few days cooped up in his house. His parents had smelt Naruto on him, and he had dealt with a few days of the dogs growling at him every time he walked by. Sometimes, being able to hear what they were saying was not a good thing. But Kiba had gotten fed up with sneaking around his house, and decided to get out, even if there was enough snow out that non-ninja couldn't travel around without assiastance. And so, of course, he had run into Naruto. In a more metaphorical sense then usual, however.

Naruto noticed Kiba walking along carefully on top of the snow, Akamaru trailing a few inches back, plowing through the snow that was occasionally piled almost as tall as the dog. Naruto, along with Sakura and Sasuke, were on the way back from the grocery store, loaded down with brown paper bags. Akamaru bounded over to Naruto's side before Kiba could tell him to stop, so Kiba followed after the dog, reaching Naruto just as Akamaru had finished introducing himself to Sasuke and Sakura, and jumped on top of Naruto, pushing him to the ground.

"Akamaru!" The dog looked up at Kiba, who was glaring at him. "Don't jump on top of Naruto!" Akamaru slowly walked back over to Kiba's side, his tail between his legs. He looked up ata ana and barked a few times. "No, I don't care what he smells like." Akamaru whined, looking pleadingly at Kiba. "No, I don't care if he has steaks with him, either." Kiba looked up, glaring at the three, two of whom seemed amused by his conversation with his dog. Sasuke, of course, just looked on silently. "Uh...Hi?" Kiba waved halfheartedly at them. Naruto stifled a laugh by biting down on his hand. Kiba glared at him more.

"Oh, Kiba, would you mind giving us a hand?" Sakura gestured to the many bags they were carrying. "Kakashi ditched us right before we paid, so we have his groceries here, too."

"Oh, sure. I'm not really doing anything." Kiba snuck a glance over at Naruto. He took the two large bags Sakura handed him, juggling them around in his hands before getting them into a position he could hold them comfortably in. Kiba stumbled a bit before altering his chakra, adjusting to the extra weight. The four walked along the streets for a few minutes in silence, Kiba following close behind them, as he didn't know where they were headed.

Neither Naruto or Kiba spoke up much, preferring the quiet winter day over talking, especially when Kiba was around two people he didn't know well. So, after a half-hour of trudging around town, first to Sakura's then to Sasuke's, Kiba and Naruto were left alone with the last two bags of groceries.

Sasuke had closed the door to his house in their faces, with a muttered thanks. Naruto and Kiba stood there for a second, before talking the bags from Kiba.

"I'm busy for the next few hours, but..." Naruto looked over at Kiba, looking right at Kiba's slitted eyes. "You should come over for dinner." And with that, Naruto walked off, his feet making large tracks in the snow.

---

And so Kiba returned to his house, under the watchful eyes of the dogs. He and Akamaru mostly just sat on his bed, thinking and waiting.

Naruto had a much more exiting few hours. After leaving his groceries at his house (which he noticed were now missing all of Kakashi's items), he dropped by to visit Tsunade.

"Am I allowed to tell people about the fox?" Naruto was in front of Tsunade's desk, pacing back and forth irritably. Tsunade blinked.

"That rule was made for your protection, and now you want to go around telling people? If anyone needs to know, we'll tell them. And you'd need a damn good reason, too." Tsunade glared at Naruto over the mounds of paperwork on her desk. "Now, if you'll go, I'm really busy right now." Naruto stopped pacing and stared at Tsunade. He had been debating telling Kiba for a month or so, now, and he was not going to be stopped by a mere formality.

"I'm fucking someone. And I think they deserve to know why there's a bit more biting and clawing then strictly necessary." Tsunade blinked, then blushed a little. "I'm not gonna keep lying to him just because you say so!" Naruto crossed his arms, and continued glaring. "I assume I have your permission?" Tsunade sighed.

"If you really want to tell him, you can. But..." Naruto saw the worry on her face. "Be careful, okay?" Naruto smiled, his glare dissolving like fog on a sunny day. Naruto spoke, his voice subdued.

"I will. And... thanks." He moved over to the other side of the desk, and embraced Tsunade in a tight hug. A second later, he was gone, the curtain fluttering in the cold wind that came through the open window.

Tsunade stood up, and shut the window before any more heat could leave the room. She stood there for a second, thinking.

"I hope it goes well, Naruto."

---

And so Naruto managed to get home and get food out roughly five minutes before Kiba knocked on the door.

Harried, Naruto opened the door to find Kiba and Akamaru lounging outside.

"Hi! Uh, I just started preparing the food, so it'll probably be a while..." Naruto trailed off at Kiba looked down at him. Naruto was wearing a bright orange patterned apron.

"Well, you're not gonna leave us sitting out here till the food is done, that's for sure. It's cold out." Kiba pushed past Naruto, with Akamaru sliding past afterwards. "Plus I can cook. I can help you with the food, if you'd like." Naruto blinked.

"You can cook?"

"I can do many things." Kiba posed dramaticly. "Cooking is one of them." There was a short pause while Kiba looked around Naruto's fridge. "...And take off the stupid apron." Naruto bristled.

"Hey! I like this apron!"

"I'm sure you do. It's still a stupid apron, though."

"And to think I was so nice to you, inviting you over for dinner! And this is how you repay me! Insulting my apron!"

"Oh, I am truly sorry to have ever offended you by insulting your stupid apron. Can I help you fix food now? I don't really trust your cooking skills."

"And now you insult my cooking!"

"Yup."

Naruto glared at Kiba for a few seconds, then walked over to the counter and took his frustration out on some chives.

And so after a bit of cooking and some bandages (Naruto was not very handy with a knife when he was annoyed), they ate. After the meal, once all the dishes were dumped into the sink to sit (probably for days), the two (with Akamaru following close behind) retired to Naruto's room.

"So, uh..." Kiba stood, leaning against the door frame, and looked over at Naruto, who was sitting cross-legged on his bed. "I mean, the food was good, but I don't think you'd invite me over just for dinner." Naruto sighed, and looked down into his lap, his blond hair falling forwards and covering his eyes.

"Yeah." Naruto's voice was soft and sad. He raised one arm and patted the space next to him on the bed. "C'mere." Kiba walked over from the doorway to the bed, and sat next to Naruto. Kiba could feel the heat radiating off Naruto, hot against the general chill of the house. Kiba leaned against Naruto, their shoulders pressing together. Akamaru followed Kiba, flopping down at the foot of the bed.

"So...?" Kiba looked over to Naruto, who remained looking down, his face obscured from view.

"Around sixteen years ago, the Nine-Tails demon fox attacked this town. I was born on the same day as the attack, only an hour or so before the fox was sealed." Naruto looked over towards Kiba, and Kiba was surprised to see that Naruto was trying to hold back tears.

"The Fourth knew not even the combined might of the whole town was enough to kill the great beast. He did, however, have a plan. He could seal the beast's spirit into something, containing the monster. Forever, he hoped." Naruto paused, breathing heavily. Kiba put one arm around Naruto, wondering why Naruto felt the need to give Kiba a history lesson They had, after all, learned about the attack while at the acadamy. Kiba felt Naruto trembling slightly in his arms.

'Since when did I become the strong one here?' Kiba wondered. Naruto usually seemed more powerful, more in control then Kiba. But now, Naruto trembled in his arms like a scared child, and Kiba wondered why.

"The Nine-Tails' spirit was too strong to be contained in anything less complex then a human body. However, if they placed the spirit into an adult human, the influx of chakra would shatter their mind instantly, giving the Nine-Tails complete control over the body." Naruto stopped talking, and pulled himself out of Kiba's hands. He stood up, and moved to stand in front of Kiba.

"A newborn baby, however, would be able to cope with the wild surges of chakra. Or at least, they hoped so. So, left with no other choice, they fought the Nine-Tails, then performed the sealing jutsu." Naruto pulled up the hem of his shirt, showing Kiba the black spiral mark on his stomach, and the surrounding seal. Certainly, Kiba had seen it before, but he passed it off as a tattoo or clan marking of some sort.

"They sealed the demon fox into me, binding us together." Kiba blinked. He could smell the fear wafting off Naruto, he could almost hear what Naruto was certainly thinking at the moment. Not to freak out and leave him alone, like so many people had before. Not to lash out and blame him for the deaths of all the foxes victims. Not to lunge off the bed and try and kill the abomination before him. Certainly, Kiba was a bit freaked out by knowing the gigangic demon fox, strong enough to destroy the entire town stood before him, with only a frail-looking seal between it and utter destruction.

"So...you've got a demon in you. It's certainly...unusual, but I don't see the harm in-" Naruto cut him off, his voice trembling and afraid.

"It's not just that, though. It used to be I could call on his power by asking, but now...now I hear him talking to me, and I can use his chakra just like my own. I've heard him talking the past few months and I'm not sure if he's the one talking, now." Kiba looked at Naruto, into his eyes...his eyes which had now changed to a burning red, glowing brightly in the soft darkness that had enveloped the room. "I caill ill feel him, but I'm not sure if it's him or me. I don't want to turn into a demon, I don't want to lose control, I don't..."

Naruto trailed off, and Kiba was alarmed to see chakra start to glow around Naruto's body, a deep, dark red that reminded Kiba of blood. At the same time, that smell that hung around Naruto amplified, till it was all Kiba could smell in the room. Akamaru whimpered, and crept away from Naruto, hiding on the other side of the bed. And then, with a sudden realization, Kiba was able to give a name to the smell that Naruto carried with him. It was the smell of a wild fox.

Naruto started babbling, then, about how he wasn't sure if the demon was killing him or if the seal was leaking or if this was supposed to be happening, but he felt the urge to kill things, destroy the town and everyone in it and he wasn't sure if the fox wanted it or if he did but he didn't want to hold out and-

Kiba stood, and pulled Naruto on top of him, onto bed bed, and then kissed him. Naruto felt Kiba's mouth, hot against his, and he moaned, all the tension that had built up over the months dissolving in seconds as Kiba deepened the kiss. After a few more seconds Naruto drew back, panting.

"So, this means you're okay with-" Kiba cut him off again.

"Naruto, you may have a demon fox living in you, you may be going insane, you may be the demon fox, but you're still Naruto." Kiba pulled Naruto down, kissing him again. "And I like you." There was quiet, for a few seconds. "Now let's get you out of those clothes." Kiba grinned up at Naruto. Naruto grinned back, his good humor seemingly regained.

"Oh, I don't think so." Naruto smiled down on Kiba, his teeth looking sharp and pointy. And then Kiba couldn't move his arms or legs. Kiba looked down at his body, draped across Naruto's bed, and saw red bands of chakra holding his legs down, while Naruto's hands had pinned Kiba's arms to the bed. Kiba knew this was a test of sorts, Naruto holding him to what he had said. And from the look in Naruto's eyes, Kiba knew Naruto was not quite comfortable with his demon-granted abilities. A test for them both, it seemed.

Naruto looked down at Kiba, his now-red eyes scanning over Kiba's body, his whisker marks stretching and moving like live things across his face, his mouth tilted upwards in a feral smirk. Naruto unclasped one of Kiba's wrists, moving his hand down across Kiba's face, his claw-like fingernail slowly tracing around the red triangle clan-marks on Kiba's face. Kiba shuddered beneath him, his breath coming in quick gasps.

Naruto moved his finger down, slicing through the thick material of Kiba's sweatshirt like air, cutting open the shirt and letting Kiba's skin show. Naruto knelt, his legs spread to either side of Kiba's body, sitting on Kiba's legs as he slowly trailed his fingers across Kiba's chest. Kiba bit back a moan as Naruto ran his claws over his nipples. Naruto leant forwards and bit down on one of Kiba's nipples, while scratching down on the other. Kiba let out a half-formed whimper, begging for more. Naruto grinned against Kiba's pale skin, then moved up and bit down on the rigid bone above.

Kiba whimpered again, a high pleading sound. As Naruto bit down on Kiba's collarbone, his hands trailed down to Kiba's waist, unbuttoning and unzipping Kiba's pants. Kiba could feel Naruto above him, the heat from his body, the smell from all around him, the feel of that hot red chakra above him... Naruto bit down again, drawing blood. Kiba could feel Naruto's tongue, hot and wet, as it lapped up the blood that spilled from the bite.

Naruto moved his hands around, leaving long claw marks down Kiba's skin. Kiba hissed, his teeth tightly clenched. Naruto grinned, again, before kissing Kiba savagely. Kiba looked at Naruto's eyes, the glowing red so different then the clear blue they were normally. Kiba bit down on Naruto's lower lip, tasting the chakra-rich blood that seeped out. Naruto moaned into Kiba's mouth, while his hands scratched their way down Kiba's back, pushing off the rest of Kiba's clothes.

Kiba arched his back, pressing towards Naruto. Naruto undid the chakra clasps on Kiba's legs, the red aura around them both getting stronger by the second. Kiba inhaled, feeling the chakra around him pulsate. Naruto ran rough hands down Kiba's legs, relishing the feel of skin on skin. Kiba was fully naked, splayed across Naruto's covers, moaning softly.

Naruto looked at Kiba, his tanned hands and legs contrasting with his pale chest, which was now marked with many long, shallow cuts and bite marks. Kiba moaned and moved slightly, his hands digging into the covers, his movements seemingly hampered by the oppressive field of red chakra that seemed to fill the room. Kiba's eyes were tightly shut, his mouth open and gasping.

Naruto slithered down Kiba's body, his fingers cutting through Kiba's skin, leaving shallow cuts behind that welled up with blood a half-second later. Naruto crouched between Kiba's spread legs, his hands touching and stroking Kiba's cock, smearing the clear fluid that oozed from the tip around with his thumb. Kiba moaned at the touch of Naruto's rough hands on his hardened flesh, and thrust forward into Naruto's hands. Kiba heard Naruto moving around above him, and inhaled sharply when he felt a slick finger pressing against his rear entrance. He could feel the chakra all around him, moving in thick tendrils acrois sis skin. Naruto's fingers slowly moved inside him, and Kiba relaxed his muscles as much as he could. Naruto eased his fingers out, and then Kiba felt something much larger press against him, slipping inside him slowly.

Kiba breathed slowly, he could feel Naruto's heartbeat thrumming through the room as Naruto slid in further. The air in the room was hot, burning Kiba's lungs as he inhaled. Naruto's body seemed to be made of living flame, his skin feeling burning hot. Kiba leaned against Naruto, holding him in his arms as Naruto started thrusting, pumping deep inside of him.

Kiba bit his lip to stifle a moan, his blood slowly oozing out of the wound. Naruto leaned closer, their foreheads touching, and licked the blood off Kiba's face. Naruto was held fast in Kiba's embrace, while Naruto had dropped his arms down to his sides, his hands stroking Kiba's legs.

Kiba's fingers bit into Naruto's back, leaving half-moon marks, the red contrasting with the deep tan of Naruto's skin. Naruto trust in deeply, forcing the rest of his cock into Kiba. Kiba arched his back and howled as he came, his seed spilling over his chest and stomach. Naruto grinned and kept thrusting, using his chakra to keep Kiba in a state of bliss.

Kiba was moaning and thrashing about beneath Naruto, his cries arousing Naruto further. Naruto's hands bit down deeply into Kiba's legs, and he closed his mouth over Kiba's collarbone, enjoying the rigid feel of the flesh-covered bone. He came, spilling his seed deep within Kiba. Then Kiba came again, the surge of demon chakra flowing fast through him.

Naruto slowly pulled out with a soft plop, then nestled up to Kiba on top of the covers. Kiba turned his head and looked at Naruto's face. The glowing eyes and twitching shadow whiskers and mouth full of sharp fangs had creeped him out before, but now, they seemed almost comforting. Kiba smiled tiredly over at Naruto, before wrapping his arms around him and pulling him close.

The next morning, Sakura headed out to Naruto's house. Last night, there was a surge of chakra from the house, strong enough to level half the town if it got out of control. Every ninja in the village had noticed the massive outpouring of chakra, and they were ready to stop what some thought was the reawakening of the Nine-Tails. Then, the Hokage had ordered no one to interfere, telling them to leave Naruto alone for the night.

So, a few hours after dawn, Sakura found herself walking across the snowy area that would be a street, towards Naruto's house. She stepped up to his door, and smartly rapped on it three times.

There was no response. Sighing, Sakura knocked again, then waited.

First, there were a few loud thumps, then a lot of swearing from upstairs. More loud thumps, someone walking (or possibly falling) down the stairs. Then the door was flung open, and Sakura looked up, at a tired-looking Inuzuka Kiba, wearing nothing but a bedsheet that had been hastily wrapped around his waist, trailing behind him for a few feet.

"Yes?" Kiba sounded annoyed. And, Sakura noticed, getting over the shock of seeing an almost naked Kiba at Naruto's house, she noticed Kiba looked really beat up. Long scratches covered his arms, he had bite marks all over his shoulders and chest, and it looked like someone had cut a crude imitation of Naruto's whiskers and stomach tattoo on Kiba.

Behind Kiba, Sakura saw a similarly tired-looking Naruto walk down the stairs, bare-chested and wearing Kiba's pants, which were several inches too long. Naruto almost tripped several times on his way down, but he managed to get down the stairs and stood behind Kiba, who was still glaring at Sakura.

"Well?" Kiba sounded more annoyed. Naruto moved his hands, wrapping them around Kiba's body. One moved up to play with one nipple and the other trailed down slowly, heading below the thin sheet Kiba held with one hand.

"Uh..." Sakura blinked, then inhaled deeply. "Iwasjustcomingtoseeifnarutowasallrighttherewasthisbigchakraexplosionandimgladyoureokaywellbye!" Sakura slammed the door shut and walked away, blushing furiously.

"That went rather well." Naruto voice was quiet, and Kiba could feel Naruto's breath against his shoulderblades. Naruto's hands dropped to wrap around Kiba's waist. "Let's go back to bed. I'm tired."

They slept for a few more hours, before getting up around noon. After a short shower, they dressed and went out, Akamaru following behind.

They walked to an out-of-the-way wooded area, the thick covering above meant the ground was almost bare, with only a few patches of snow on the ground. They walked in silence for a while, before Naruto spoke up.

"So...what now?" Naruto looked over at Kiba, who appeared occupied in looking the other way.

"Well, uh..." Kiba scratched the back of his head nervously. "I was wondering if you'd be okay with me moving in." Naruto blinked.

"Of course I'd be okay with that!" Naruto crouched and picked up a pinecone, idly picking parts of the shell off. "But... what about your parents?"

"Well...they can smell you on me. It upsets my parents and really upsets the dogs." Kiba looked over at Naruto, smiling softly. "It's more the fox part then the demon part. They don't like foxes very much." Kiba looked at Naruto's now purple eyes. "If you were a demon dog, I'm sure they would approve. But anyway, I could stay there for a while, but...it would get awkward. I'm no longer part of their pack." Akamaru bounded off into the brush, after a rabbit. "It was just me and Akamaru. It had been happening for a while, they were expecting me to find someone, but..."

"They didn't expect me?" Naruto sighed.

"Pretty much. It kinda sucks, but...they'll manage." Kiba smiled, and felt the scratches on his face. "And besides, I have you now."

"Oh, how romantic." Naruto made a disgusted face. "You'll forgive me if I don't swoon into your arms?" Kiba laughed, then tripped Naruto innocently with a stick. Kiba caught Naruto before he could hit the ground, cradling Naruto in his arms. Kiba heard Naruto's voice, muffled against Kiba's shirt. "...Bastard."

And Kiba walked on, holding a struggling Naruto.
