I like 'Groundhog Day' type stories. In fact, I like them a lot. And I really like Déjà Vu by Lex. In this Jim Ellison get to relive the same sucky day over and over. It starts with a fire...
Q...Ah, how do I love thee? There's just something about this guy...And in An hour of Enternity by Varoneeka, he's very much guy. In fact, he's mortal. And trapped on Earth in the 20th century. Together with Picard, nacht. There is cuddling.
I haven't a clue who the people in Shadows Fade by Kellie Matthews and AuKestrel are and quite frankly, I don't give a damn. The story is frigging great, and despite the lenght, I read it all in one. No breaks. Lovely story. If I had an archive, I'd be begging for this one.
Riding the Wheel of If by Mrs. Hamill is a truly delightful series where canon and AU continues to meet as Obi-Wan goes dimension hopping in search of Qui-Gon. It has spawned two very nice AU stories I really recommend; What Happened Next? by Susan Anthony follows Riding the Wheel of If's 15 episode and tells us how Chancellor Jinn found his Obi. :) The other one is called Heroes of the Galaxy by Emrin Alexander and follows episode 16. It's a sweet li'l story and funny too. :)
The day I can come up with titles like this... You're Welcome by Brenda Antrim is simply a little work of art.
Awakenings by Alyjude is a nice, long, funny, serious story about Jim and Blair and the Chopec. :) *snickers* This one made me laugh... Romeo and Jules by Alyjude has a very fascinating jail scene... *grins*
On the comicbook side of things, Alicia MacKenzie has posted a new Pantheon story! All rejoice! And it's got Nick Logan! All rejoice some more! ;) The story is called Peacekeepers: Remnant Shadows. Logan is the main character, but there are some nice bits from Nick's point of view as well, and you've just got to love the way Alicia writes. I don't know what else to say than that it's all lovely and you should read it. ...And then you should all bug her about writing more Harry story and a new Nick story, and... Well, you get the point.
Wohoo! Alicia's posted yet another Pantheon story! And it's Denver! You all know what that means, right? Yup! It means Clare! And Harry! And horrible, bad, baaaad telepaths. *pokes Ali* More!
Must also recommend a cute little story featuring a thirteen month old Clare Summers and a li'l Harry Wisdom. It's called New Order: First Impressions and is just adorable. Read it, huh?
The Gauguin Series by queenB is something as rare as a very, very well written f/f story featuring X-Men - or rather X-Women. The two stories (which is all there are so far) are linked below here, but I recommend that you go have a look at qB's own page. Not only is it gorgeous but you just have to see the paintings that inspired this series. :)
Arearea is the first (and longest) story. Betsy takes a mourning Jean with her to a place that is described so well, I could practically hear the waves, see the palm trees, the drinks, the beach, the house they stay in... This story tells you how Betsy ended up with telekinetic powers and Jean lost hers. (Huh. I didn't even know about this stuff until I read the story. ...Shows how much I follow the comic, huh?)
In Femmes De Tahiti they are back in Westchester and everything seems to be going fine, until a kiss changes everything. Everything between Jean and Betsy. Everything between Betsy and Warren. And everything between Warren and Jean. *dark look* I want more. Is not nice to leave story like that.

The Toronto Arc by Tangerine: Jean-Paul Beaubier and Warren Kenneth Worthington III - not a very likely pairing, you say? Well, I reckon you're right about that, but some how Tangerine makes it work. She even makes you believe that maybe, just maybe, Northstar and Angel aren't all ego and nothing else. ;) In Toronto, they meet and Jean-Paul keeps Warren from doing something stupid. In The Edge Hank and Bobby comes to see Warren, and end up meeting Jean-Paul. Bobby doesn't much like him. *g* Oh and angst. In Inside Out, Jean-Paul comes to see Warren, meets his first lover, play matchmaker (in a way) and have sex. *grins* I think one of the things I really like about this story is Warren's sense of humor and Jean-Paul's tendency of being right.

Gynecology by Charlemagne is an hilarious, touching little Sports Night fic. In Repercussions by the same author, Dan dates a woman named K.C. ;) Ya'll see how that could be a problem, non?
I made a quick dive into Buffy Fandom again, and came up with this gem of a story: Chocolatey Goodness by the Mad Poetess. The story is still in progress, and written by chapters, but for once I don't care. This is waaay to good to pass just because it's a WIP. The characterizations are spot on, it's hilarious, it's touching and it's hot. X/S
