Hi all!
A lot has been happening in the past couple of months, but the good news is, comic updates are resuming soon! I’ve put my comics update header back up, so if you’re reading this through an RSS reader or one of my comic sites, head on down to tentative.net to see what updates when.
Here’s the rundown:
Bitters Past is set to resume Aug 6. For you action-adventure fans, you’ll enjoy the fight scene that explodes like a shot! Also, this means the Bitters Past contest ends Aug 1 — and so far no winners. Dude, it can’t be that hard, can it? In any case, if there’re still no winners by August, I can stow it away for future contest use. Mwahaha. So get to it before it closes!
Jupiter will be back with new episodes in the fall. Well, the exact date is actually floating, because it takes place whenever the new GAM site gets launched, so as soon as it’s on, so are we. In the meantime, I’m having oodles of fun drawing the gang’s latest escapade, this time taking place in a scarier environment than Salty Bob’s gravesite — the stage!
New comic Tuesday With Everything In It debuts on July 31. Yes, another comic. I know. But it’s all so exciting! I’ve been fiddling with site layouts and stuff, but most important is the fact that we’re going to have schoolgirls whipping out roundhouse kicks like there’s no tomorrow. See me barely containing my glee!
Also, with the comics resuming/debuting, I’m going to be doing something new — well, new for me, that is. For Bitters Past and Tuesday With Everything In It, I’m introducing the Friendly Neighbourhood Tip Jar! For every $100 in donations that’s accumulated for either comic (they have their own separate jars), readers will get an additional page update for that comic the following week. Do you like that idea? I hope so!
So if you like what you’re reading and can’t wait for just one update per week, please consider donating! Chip in any amount you’re able, and when the collective amount reaches $100, you’re golden. More details will be given on how and where when that comic relaunches/debuts, so stay tuned!
Note for Jupiter fans: I’m afraid Jupiter won’t have that option, as GAM site rules allow no more than one update per week. If you’d like to support Jupiter and have any ideas or suggestions for incentives, let me know! I’m all ears.
