Comics

A selection of comics I've worked on.

ONGOING:

Tuesday With Everything In It
[ 2010-current ]

Exile and Jude aren't top mercs for nothing. With their fingers on the pulse of the school — and their razors at its wrist — they're going to show what it takes to survive Hamlyn Academy.

Bitters Past
[ 2006-current ]

Sometimes the only way forward is to go back. A sci-fantasy comic in which the infected strike back and the old come to call. Previously ran on WCN and Graphic Smash.

COMPLETED:

Explosion of Skin
[ 2009 ]

For several months in 2009, my health broke down as my skin exploded. So I made a comic about it.

Hugo & Bana
[ 2006-2007]

Yes, they may be unconventional, but admit it: you want to do it too. A comic strip first published in Milwaukee's monthly Riverwest Currents.

Li'l Lupus: Babysitting Blues
[ completed, 2006 ]

When Li'l Lupus is designated the task of looking after his sister for the day, his plans for an afternoon of good ol' fishing are ruined. But when he loses his young charge, Li'l Lupus soon realizes that sometimes the good life comes in pairs! 10 pages.

Jupiter (also on WCN)
[ on hold, 2004-2008]

Jupiter has always felt out of place in her circus family. Now she has decided to strike out on her own, much to their consternation. Commence the scandal and uproar! Featured on Girlamatic and on WCN.

Mice
[ completed, 2006 ]

A true tale told to me by an old roomie.

Sand & Stone
[ completed, 2002-2005 ]

Train and Seth thought they were minding their own business when they got dragged into Hell. Now they've invited demons back, and things are never going to be the same again.

Stirfry
[ completed, 2005 ]

Because the term "melting pot" should really be eliminated.

My Pet Growth
[ completed, 2005 ]

A handbound minicomic originally made as a gift for a friend with her own "pet growth."

Lessons
[ completed, 2005 ]

A 3-page comic conversation between two girls about basketball. Well, kinda.

What Is
[ concluded, 1999-2002 ]

A strip I drew for the Badger Herald. Its most notable antics include Borgs, demons, goth sorcerors. . . the usual.
